Rachel has a career spanning 13 years of intelligence analysis. She originally trained with Surrey Police, working in their Major Crime Team. Form there she transferred into the MPS and worked with their homicide teams, assisting them with manhunts and complex investigations, including cold case reviews. Rachel joined the MPS Counter Terrorism Command (SO15) in 2014 working as a Tactical Analyst alongside the SO15 investigation teams to disrupt attack plots.
She transferred to the National Terrorist Financial Investigation Unit (NTFIU) in 2017 and now leads a team of analysts responsible for assisting Counter Terrorism Finance Investigations as well as setting the strategic analytical priorities for Counter Terrorism Finance Investigations both locally and nationally.
